WS_FTP Uploading Instructions
- Open WS_FTP, the Session Properties box will open automatically.
- Click on the Startup tab. In the Initial Remote Host
Directory: box type public_html.
- Click on the General tab. Click the New button.
In Profile Name type Adelphia. In Host Name/Address
type users.adelphia.net. For Host Type, select Automatic
detect. In the User ID box, type your web username.
In the Password box, type your web password. You
can check the Save Pwd box to save your password, if you
like. Now click OK.
- This will then log you onto the users.adelphia.net web server.
On the left hand side of the window, displays the Local System
(your computer). The right hand side displays the Remote System
(the web server). Using the two arrows that are located in the
middle of the window, you can transfer files between the Local
and Remote Systems.
When you are finished transferring files, click the Close
button to disconnect from the web server. Then click Exit
to close the program.
